El jardin tiene churrasquera para los fanáticos del asado y pelopincho para refrescarse el alma en pleno verano.

Los cuartos son de todo tipo, tamaño y precio. Dobles y simples, con vista al jardin algunos y a la galería otros. Perro, gato, lavarropas, wi-fi ,etc. El ambiente es internacional. Nunca faltan Franceses ni Americanos. Alguno de nacionalidad Argentina, aparte del dueño, para dar la nota local y un que otro descolgado de Holanda, Suiza y Canadá coronan el cuadro.

A 10 minutos caminando del centro, a 8 cuadras de la Universidad de Congreso, a 4 de la Universidad de Mendoza y con el bus en la puerta a la Universidad de Cuyo, La casa compartida de Luciano ofrece una excelente opción para una verdadera experiencia "extranjera" en Mendoza City.
